SCP are pleased to be able to announce the arrival of Allison O’Neill to the Infrastructure Design team in our central Manchester office. Allison is a Senior Civil Engineer and brings with her over 20 years of experience in the design of highway and drainage schemes, as well as flood risk assessments.
On making the appointment, Director, Steven Carmody, announced that; “Allison will further strengthen SCP’s capabilities in supporting our clients, with her experience in many different sectors of the construction and development industry, including commercial, industrial, education and residential sectors. Allison has taken projects from initial feasibility studies through to final site inspections in readiness for site handovers; services that our clients are increasingly requiring.”
Allison added that; “Joining SCP provides an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative team where the onus is on providing clients with value engineered solutions that seek to exceed the clients’ expectations. My experience of delivering projects, ranging in costs from £5k to £100m, has been gained across many areas of the UK and has allowed me to establish good contacts in many local authorities, water authorities, and the Environment Agency.”
Allison continued; “ I look forward to adding to SCP’s established team with my experience in providing evidence for public inquiries, coordinating Statutory Undertakers diversion works and designing highway solutions for simple site accesses, link roads and complex roundabouts under S38 and S278 Agreements, and undertaking flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and, detailed drainage designs under S104, S106 & S185 Agreements.”
