LED Signs Appeal Approved

SCP are pleased to have supported our client in winning an appeal for the erection of two proposed LED advertising screens. Warrington Borough Council objected to the original proposal of the screens in part on highway safety grounds, stating screens would be a distraction to drivers, ultimately the application was refused on 20th December 2018.
